    1. Start with one or two pads / blocks while seated. Bring your right knee to one side with your right foot resting on your left inner knee (adjust your hips so they are even). Lay the top of your left foot down to stretch your ankle.
    2. Extend your spine, sit back, and prop your elbows to support them first. Stay until a release is felt in the thigh muscles.
    3. To expand the chest, place your back over the pads and rest your head on the block / pad or where it feels good. The arms can go to the “T” position between the cushions.
    4. If you want to go even deeper, you can remove the second pad / block and release the crown of the head to the ground and extend your arms above your head, your elbows soft.
    5. Hold the pose for 5 minutes or more if it feels great.
    6. When you’re done, come back up and stretch both legs forward.
    7. Place the cylinder pad on your lap and drape your upper body over the pad in ROCHELLE ROLL FORWARD.
    8. When you are done – INHALE, return to POSE STAFF and enjoy ANKLE ROTATIONS.
